  • Intake Assessment: 90 minutes to 2 hours… as long as it takes
  • 7-point in-depth Evaluation, including health history, your joints and posture
  • Calendar work: Personalized pre- and post-surgery program
  • Personal Training: 6 holistic sessions, 75 minutes each, at your house or in my private studio
